Hans Peter Mächler
CEO and owner
Hans Peter Mächler is a trained banker. After completing his traditional banking apprenticeship, he gained experience in building loans and mortgages at a regional bank. Over the past 22 years, he has held various management positions in credit risk management at a major Swiss bank. Most recently, as Head of Mortgage Classic, his sector was responsible for mortgage applications in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland region. During this activity he was able to acquire his knowledge of risk management, real estate market, real estate valuations and real estate financing for private and corporate clients.
In addition to his work as Head Mortgage Classic, Hans Peter Mächler was recognized for his numerous volunteering assignments at Young Enterprise Switzerland in the field of economics and application processes for young professionals.
He is a dipl. entrepreneur and management specialist and completed the Advanced Executive Program of the Swiss Finance Institute
Dr. Christian Huldi

Dr. Christian Huldi is considered to be one of the leading experts in the fields of (customer) relationship and customer experience management, marketing automation and dialogue and database marketing (today also “Big Data”) as well as digitization in marketing.
Expert for the development of a CRM master plan, CRM system evaluations, as well as for special topics such as increasing data quality, CRM analyzes such as customer value management as well as customer enthusiasm and optimization of individual CRM processes
He studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen. He then did his doctorate on “Database Marketing” as a Dr. oec. HSG. He is a specialist book author and author of numerous specialist articles. He is the director of studies at CAS CEM at the HWZ in Zurich and lecturer at various institutions and (technical) schools in Switzerland and abroad.
In addition to his more than 25 years of activity as a CRM strategy consultant and coach in various industries and companies, Christian Huldi also held senior management positions.
